Organization	Poor You don't have sections, all papers are randomly filed.	Fair You have the sections, but they are unlabled, but the work is organized correctly	Good You must have 5 sections: Projects, Vocabulary, Grammar, Strategies, Portfolio. These must be divided by clearly labeled dividers.
Sections	Poor there is no order to the sections	Fair 3 - 10 papers are out of order	Good Each section has the correct work. There are no papers out of order
Completeness	Poor There seems to be little organization/page titles, headings, dates etc..	Fair Some of the papers are out of order and some are missing dates, headings or titles	Good All papers are dated, and numbered in the correct order
