Skills Grading Criteria
	Excellent 10 pts	Good 8 pts	Fair 6 pts	Poor 0 pts
Skills Completion	Excellent The skill was completed accurately.	Good The skill needed minor modifications to provide accurate results.	Fair The approach to completing the skill was accurate but unable to successfully complete.	Poor The student was unable to initiate the skill appropriately.
Ability to Follow Directions	Excellent Followed directions to the letter.	Good Followed directions.	Fair Moderately followed directions.	Poor Did not follow directions.
Demonstrated Knowledge of Theory	Excellent Student knows and is able to identify and explain necessary theories for completion of the skill.	Good Student is able to identify and explain necessary theories for completion of the skill with some assistance.	Fair Student is unable to identify or explain concepts without major prompting.	Poor Student is not able to both identify and explain major theories.
Level of Needed Assistance	Excellent Student was able to complete the task without assistance.	Good Student was able to complete the task with little assistance.	Fair Student was able to complete the task with moderate assistance.	Poor Student was unable to complete task without major assistance.
Student Attitude During Project	Excellent Student turned in a project they considered a reflection of their diligent efforts.	Good Student turned in a project they are pleased with.	Fair Student turned in a project that is semi-decent to receive a fair grade.	Poor Student turned in project simply to receive credit.
Application of Safety Practices	Excellent Student considered and followed all safety rules.	Good Student followed most safety rules, may have forgotten one.	Fair Student attempted to follow safety rules but failed to meet several.	Poor Student failed to follow a significant number of safety rules.
