Student turned in outline late or not at all. Outline was in pencil with very little detail. Day of presentation student is not prepared (forgot media, needs to make trip to locker, forgot this was their presentation day). Contacts me with less than 24 hours notes to ask to reschedule

Student turned in outline on time. Outline was neat, in ink or typed, with less than 5 errors. Student comes prepared day of presentation with no technical issues, ready for presentation.

Student turned in outline on time, very neatly typed correct outline format with sufficient detail and zero-4 errors. Student emails to me ahead of time vocabulary class will need to know and comes to class prepared with media, notes and props.

Student does not have a prop. Their Powerpoint presentation has too much text, student is reading directly from Powerpoint. Vocabulary is not explained ahead of time to class, corrections were not made to presentation, Uses 3x5 card with excess of 50 words.
