Fair The student's speech is comprehensible, however, evidence of grammatical errors during speech.	Good The student's communication skills are effective. The listener is able to comprehend what is being said with little difficulties.	Excellent Not only are the student's communication skills effective but the facial and body gestures enhance the communication.
