Questioning 10 pts Student can understand, respond, and react to questions	Poor No response is given or the answer is below the appropriate level. Pauses are long and unnatural.	Fair Response is adequate, but can still improve. Pauses are of acceptable lenght and nature.	Good Response is sucessful and beyond expectations.
Presentation 5 pts Student speaks for specified amount of time about a given topic.	Poor Unable to achieve the task or does it inadequately.	Fair Completes the task, but needs improvement or fulfills part of it.	Good Fulfills the task successfully.
Presentation 5 pts Pronunciation	Poor Makes frequent errors that casue misunderstanding.	Fair Makes some errors that impede comprehension.	Good Makes very few mistakes.
Presentation 5 pts Vocabulary	Poor Uses limited vocabulary.	Fair Uses adequate vocabulary.	Good Uses varied vocabulary.
Interaction with peers 5 pts Interactive fluency	Poor Unable to interact or hesitates too much.	Fair Interacts with little hesitation.	Good Interacts with ease.
Interaction with peers 3 pts Grammar	Poor Uses too basic structures or commits many grammar mistakes.	Fair Applies grammar rules, but with some mistakes.	Good Makes correct use of complex structures with occasional grammatical errors.
