	Intensive Student is far below grade level and needs a lot of extra help. 1 pts	Strategic Student is slightly below grade level and needs some extra help 3 pts	Benchmark Student is at grade level 5 pts
Accuracy Student is able to read words correctly.	Intensive Student reads with an accuracy of 90% or lower	Strategic Student reads with an accuracy of 90-96%	Benchmark Student can read with an accuracy of 97% or higher
Pacing Student can read quickly.	Intensive Student reads 79 words per minute or less	Strategic Student can read 80-109 words per minute	Benchmark Student can read 110 words per minute or more
Expression Student changes voice pitch appropriately.
