Poor One complete question is written in correct format, i.e. #1-2 on the front of paper and #3-4 on the back of paper.	Fair Two complete questions are written in correct format, i.e. #1-2 on the front of paper and #3-4 on the back of paper.	Good Three complete questions are written in correct format, i.e. #1-2 on the front of paper and #3-4 on the back of paper.	Excellent All four complete questions are written in correct format, i.e. #1-2 on the front of paper and #3-4 on the back of paper.
ANSWERS	Fail There are no complete answers to any of the questions or the answers were copied directly from the source.	Poor One answer was complete and correct.	Fair Two answers were complete and correct.	Good Three answers were complete and correct.	Excellent All answers were complete and correct.
HAND WRITING	Fail Hand writing was illegible.	Poor Hand writing was difficult to read because of word spacing and not staying within the lines.	Fair Hand writing was difficult to read because words were not spaced.	Good Hand writing did not stay within lines of paper.	Excellent Hand writing was neat and easily read.
WRITING - GRAMMAR	Fail Questions and answers have 5 or more spelling or grammatical errors or because answers are copied directly from source cannot be graded as student's work.	Poor Questions and answers have 4 spelling or grammatical errors.	Fair Questions and answers have 3 spelling or grammatical errors.	Good Questions and answers have 2 spelling or grammatical errors.	Excellent Questions and answers have no spelling or grammatical errors.
PARTICIPATION	Fail When student is asked to complete tasks or follow directions during class period, they are argumentative. Student continually talks and plays during class. Their actions are disruptive to others around them.	Poor Student must be asked 2 or more times to complete tasks or follow directions during each class period.	Fair Student must be asked 1 time to complete tasks or follow directions during each class period.	Good Student must be asked occasionally to complete tasks or follow directions during the entire 9 weeks.	Excellent Student stays on task and follows class directions during the entire 9 weeks.
