Put up floor signs	Poor Did not put up floor signs.	Fair Put up floor signs just after mopping.	Good Put up floor signs before mopping.	Better Put up floor signs before sweeping.	Best Put up floor signs before beginning to sweep.
Sweeping	Poor Did not sweep.	Fair Started in the front.	Good Started in the back but did not get edges or pull out chairs.	Better Started in the back but either only pulled out chairs or got edges. Did not do both.	Best Started in the back and edged and pulled out the chairs.
Mopping	Poor Mopped but did not follow any steps.	Fair Started in the front.	Good Started in the back but did not edge or pull out chairs.	Better Started in the back but either only pulled out chairs o got edges. Did not do both.	Best Started in back and edged and pulled out the chairs.
Mopping techiniques	Poor Slopped mop water on floor, did not try to remove stubborn spots. No attempt to use figure eight. Never re-dipped mop.	Fair Wrung out mop but did not attempt figure 8 or try to remove stubborn spots. Only re- dipped mop 1x.	Good Wrung out mop and attempted figure 8 but did not overlap and left a couple of stubborn spots. Only re-dipped mop 2x.	Better Wrung out mop, used figure eight and re-dipped 3-4x but did not get all spots.	Best Wrung out mop, used figure eight, re-dipped 3-4x and got all spots.
Clean mop water and mop head	Poor Did not get clean water or mop head.	Fair Just put a clean mop head on.	Good Got clean mop water but did not change mop head.	Better Got clean mop water and mop head but left clean water in wrong closet.	Best Got clean water, mop, and put bucket in the right closet.
