Participation Class discussion of topic.	1 Point Tends to doodle, daydream and lose track of the class discussion and/or work. Shows a lack of focus.	3 Points Participates in class discussion occassionally, but often needs redirecting to topic.	5 Points Participates in class discussion often, rarely needs redirecting to topic.
Repect Teacher Shows respect for the teacher.	1 Point Shows disrespect to teacher 3 or more times in a week's worth of class periods.	3 Points Shows disrespect to teacher 1-2 times in a week's worth of class periods.	5 Points Demonstrates respect to teacher with no corrections in a week's worth of class periods.
Respect Peers Shows respect for others in the room.	1 Point Shows disrespect to, teased or ridiculed a fellow student or a fellow student's work 3 or more times in a week's worth of class periods.	3 Points Shows disrespect to, teased or ridiculed a fellow student or a fellow student's work 1-2 times in a week's worth of class periods.	5 Points Demonstrates respect for fellow students and their work with no corrections in a week's worth of class periods.
Does Not Disrupt Raises hand, waits for turn, (to be called on).	1 Point Interrupts others 3 or more times in a week. Asking your neighbor for help does not count as a disruption of others.	3 Points Interrupts others 1-2 times in a week. Work/Task Assigned Work and completion of assignments in class.	1 Point Rarely or never completes tasks or projects assigned.	3 Points Sometimes on task but may follow directions begrudgingly or demonstrate a poor attitude when working on projects or completing tasks assigned. May or may not complete the task or work assigned.	5 Points Focuses on project or task assigned and tries to complete all work assigned with a positive attitude.
