	Excellent 4 pts	Average 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 1 pts
Presentation	Excellent Math Notebook is organized, attractively designed, and contains all sections arranged in chronological order.	Average Math Notebook is organized, in good condition, and contains all sections with a few missing papers or out of order papers.	Fair Math Notebook is messy, but contains all sections with many missing or out of order papers.	Poor Math Notebook is not organized and contains missing sections and papers are not in order.
Notes	Excellent Math Notebook contains class notes completed and in chronological order.	Average Math Notebook contains contains most class notes completed.	Fair Math Notebook contains few class notes completed.	Poor Math Notebook does not meet specified standards.
Assignments/Homework	Excellent Math Notebook contains all assignments (clearly labeled) and collected stamped homework in chronological order.	Average Math Notebook contains all assignments (some labeled) and collected stamped homework some are out of order.
