	Meets Standard 3 pts	Approaching Standard 2 pts	Standard Not Met 0 pts
Research	Meets Standard Student uses at least three sources and cites them appropriately in MLA form (Textbook and Wikipedia can count for 2 of 3)(can use www.bibme.org for citation help).	Approaching Standard Student uses less than three sources or does not cite them appropriately.	Standard Not Met Student does no research.
Presentation	Meets Standard Student presents concise, 2-4 minute presentation that uses a visual aid to support presentation.	Approaching Standard Student presentation is much longer or shorter and provides misinformation or does not summarize.	Standard Not Met Student gives no presentation.
Information	Meets Standard Student shows who/what this thing is and, specifically, how it is connected to the French Revolution with accurate information. Concludes with summary statement and uses quotation if appropriate.	Approaching Standard Student presents information about the content but fails to present connections to the French Revolution or provide a summary statement or gives some misinformation.	Standard Not Met Student neither presents information to class or hands in anything to me.
Audience Member	Meets Standard While others are presenting, student is actively listening and writing down appropriate notes.
