In this lesson, the students learned about the history of mandalas.They then created their own unique mandalas using mix media.

More time was given in the use of media but still had problems in filling in spaces with colored pencils. Pencil lines are erased but may still be visible. The paper may be bent.

Skill level is on grade level. Student's use of media was very good with the exception of a few places which needed some extra added time. The paper is in good shape.

The student's media skill level is exceptional. All media used is done with great time and care. Nothing could be added or taken away to improve the mandala. No pencil lines are visible. The paper is in great condition.

Colors blend together with no real evidence of the color wheel
