Proportions/Composition Chosen food object appears proportional to the photograph. Unique, balanced composition	Advanced Student successfully recreated the correct proportions. Composition pulls the viewer in and is original.	Proficient Student was able to recreate proportions. Composition shows some creativity with placement of item.	Developing Student had issues creating correct proportions, too small or too large proportions. Student didn't spend enough time creating a unique composition. Item floats in the middle or no cropping visible.	Poor Student had major difficulties recreating proportions. No attempt to make the composition standout.
Paint Application Colors are mixed well to make convincing representations of the food object as well as visible textures. Blending evident.
