Metals in Daily Life jounal entry rubric
Landforms Postcard rubric
Metals in many forms are essential to modern life. Students will write a journal entry describing how several metals, each with a different property common to metals, are necessary to their way of life. Students should begin the journal entry with an introductory paragraph about the properties of metals, then write a paragraph for each of at least four different metals, in which they explain the specific property of that metal and how that property makes that metal useful to modern life.
