Your Rights in School 
The students will put together a poster to be used during freshman orientation that will inform students of their 4th amendment rights in school . The group will present the poster to the class as if they were presenting it during freshman orientation.

There are several confusing moments and the information presented is not completely shared. The student did not practice what they would say.

No preparation was done for the presentation. The presenter lacks a care and concern towards their work and presentation.
Style/Creativity

Excellent

The poster/presentation is creative, colourful and clear. It is not just a list of facts. The poster is presented in a clear and concise manner with full understanding of the subject.
Good

The poster/presentation is clear, colourful and logical. It ontains facts as well as very few mistakes.
Fair

The poster/presentation lacks some creativity, colour and headings and reads more like a list of facts. The poster lacks neatness and clarity
Poor

The poster lacks a clear understanding of the subject matter and their are many errors. Poster is not colourful or creative.
Group Participation

Excellent

Student/s worked very well in a group and with peers, were quiet and well organised and treated others with kindness. They contributed to all work completed.
Good

Student/s worked well in a group and with peers and contributed pretty well to the work being completed.
Fair

Student/s worked somewhat well in a group with peers and contributed to some of the work completed.
Poor

Student/s did not work well in a group, misbehaved with peers and did not contribut to any of work completed.
