	Poor 25 pts	Fair 50 pts	Good 100 pts
Presentation	Poor There are several papers falling out of the notebook and the order is incorrect.	Fair There may be one or two loose papers and/or there are 1-3 items out of order.	Good All papers are punched and placed in the notebook so that they do not fall out. The correct order is used throughout the entire notebook.
Assignments	Poor Less than 5 assignments out of the 20 are completed.	Fair 10-15 of the assignments are completed.	Good All of the assignments are completed.
Journals	Poor None of the journals are completed.	Fair Half of the journals are completed.	Good All of the journals are completed.
Assignment Page	Poor The assignment sheet is incomplete. There are no parent signatures or stamps.	Fair There are errors or incomplete boxes. Missing signatures.	Good All signatures and assingments are filled in and stamped.
