student connects with audience consistently. Demonstrates clear voice and appropriate body language throughout. Eye contact is consistent.

Poor

student is not prepared
speech may be on note cards but rehearsal is needed
Fair

student is somewhat prepared. speech is on note cards and student occasionally refers to them. A few more rehearsal would have been beneficial
Good

Student is well rehearsed and has memorized speech refers to note card very little if any.
