Student shows a complete understanding of topic. Student can answer all questions from the audience and can explain what is happening and the "science" behind the project.

Student shows satisfactory/good understanding of topic and can answer most questions from the audience. Can explain the "science" behind the presentation but not extensively.

Student shows limited understanding of topic. Has difficulties explaining the "science" behind the demonstration. Some parts might be inaccurate.

Student shows no knowledge of topic and can not scientifically explain what is happening in the demonstration.
