Group Contribution Self-Assessment

How do you feel your contribution to the group fared?

Poor

I pretty much took a nap or played on my phone and didn't help my group. They would have been happier if they got to kick me off the island.
Fair

I contributed. Sometimes. When I wasn't answering a text, message, sending a snapchat...or checking the score of the game...or well, I did some work.
Good

Without me, the group would have accomplished nothing. I'm pretty much the glue. I rock.
Your assessment of others

Member 1 Name:

Poor

He/she was the worst of the worst. Not open to ideas, not a contributor...I don't want to work with them ever again, but I won't tell them that.
Fair

He/she was pretty helpful, but could have been better at being (circle):
a listener
a contributor
considerate
present at set meeting times (if your group set deadlines)
Good

He/she was amazing - did everything we asked and more. Was a helpful, friendly contributor.
