Completed Resume	Partially Proficient Resume is lacking information; is not designed according to the template; has 5 or more mistakes.	Proficient Resume is designed according to the template given. Resume has no more than 3 mistakes.	Advanced Proficient Resume is designed according to the template given. Resume has no mistakes.
Student Effort	Partially Proficient Student: --did very little work on his or her own. --had to be reminded often to work. --was off-task more than 5 times/session.	Proficient Student: --worked with no more than 3 reminders. --tried to follow template. --typed and edited own resume with no more than 3 prompts.	Advanced Proficient Student: --followed template and stayed on task. --followed directions --self-edited work --completed assignment independently & on time.
Completed Folder	Partially Proficient Missing 2 or more pieces of the portfolio. Folder is not kept neat. Folder is missing--not accessible.	Proficient Student is missing 1 piece of the folder. Folder is in safe place. Folder is ready to take on job search.	Advanced Proficient Folder has all pieces: 3 Resumes Cover Letter Completed application with correct information. Employment Contact Sheet Pen & Paper Folder is neat, in order, and in a safe place.
Job Search Assessment	Partially Proficient Student forgets folder for job search Documents are bent/folded, or missing. Folder is not kept up, neat, clean.	Proficient Folder is up to date. Documents are neat and in order. Folder is kept in safe place. Student must be reminded to take folder on job search & to keep folder up.	Advanced Proficient Student has folder in hand w/out prompt for job search. Folder is neat & all papers are in folder. Papers are replaced when one is given to prospective employer.
