Skills completed	Poor Incorporated no more than 2 of the 6 skills	Fair incorporated no more than 3 of the 6 skills	Good Incorporated no more that 5 out of 6 skills	Excellent Incorporated required 6 of the 6 skills.
Jump Rope Skills	Poor Is not able to sustain any continuous time of jump roping.	Fair Is able to continue jump roping for 10 - 20 seconds.	Good Is able to continue jump roping for 30 - 40 seconds.	Excellent Continuously jump roped for the entire routine.
