Tech Content	10 Covers all the required content as well as some extra information. Knowledge of subject is excellent	8 Includes all the essential content. Subject knowledge appears to be good.	6 Includes about 50% of content with one or two errors. Content may go off topic.	5 Content is minimal or there are several factual errors.
Dialogue	10 The dialoge is witty and gives information helping move the story forward and inform viewers about the tech tip. 10 lines of meaningful dialogue.	8 The dialogue is good and gives information at times it goes off topic. Less than ten lines of meaningful dialogue.	6 The dialogue gives information but does very little to inform viewer about tech tip.	5 The dialogue is very much like a monologue the charaters have little to do with eachother as they talk, viewers do not learn about the tech tip, dialogue very short and not meaningful.
Mechanics	10 No misspellings or grammatical errors. Characters are easy to understand.	8 No more than three misspellings or grammatical errors.	6 Four misspellings or grammatical errors.	5 More than four misspellings or grammatical errors (character says "me" instead of "my"). Cannot understand characters.
