Oration	Poor Cannot hear anything that you are saying.	Fair Speaker is often difficult to understand. There are many pauses, mumbles, and awkward breaks in the show.	Average Speaker does a decent job. There are still breaks in the show, but they don't take too much away from the podcast. It is clear that they have practiced their material.	Above Average Speaker makes very few mistakes. They are obviously comfortable with their story and material. They speak clearly and enunciate their words well.	Excellent There are no mistakes within the oration of the podcast.
Story Organization	Poor Listener has no idea what the podcast is about.	Fair The podcast has very loose organization. It tends to wander off topic and ramble on about nothing to fill up the time.	Average Podcast has a clear organization, but it could be improved upon. Some parts of the podcast were too short/long	Above Average Story organization makes sense and is balanced. The order the information is presented in a way that does not confuse the listener.	Excellent Story organization is great, with nothing out of place. It is balanced well and informs the listener at a pace that works.
Use of Research and Sources	Poor There is no research or sources evident in the podcast.	Fair There may be research, but it is not clear how it pertains to the story. There are no quotes or guest speakers on the podcasts.	Average Research has been done, although it did not fully cover the topic. The speakers or quotes do not bring much to the story.	Above Average Research was quite extensive. There was still slight problems with the effectiveness of sources. Some quotes did not make sense or the sources you used were the not the best choices.	Excellent Great research with excellent quotes and material. Everything was pertinent to the story.
Entertainment Value	Poor Boring and unimaginative. I fell asleep	Fair	Average There was nothing truly catching or entertaining, but it was not exactly boring either.	Above Average	Excellent Excellent and entertaining from start to finish.
