Completely fulfills requirements and exceeds them; students covering and comprehending material beyond this course; students covering some future lesson material

Poor
Students not interested at all, nor engaged or participating.
Fair
Limited participation and engagement; only a few students involved in each lesson.
Good
Most students are engaged and participating in most lessons; general participation from most students at some point.
Excellent
Most/all students are actively engaged in each lesson; students offer thoughtful questions; demonstrate respect to teacher and other students.
Superior
Students fully engaged in lesson, offering insightful thoughts, well formed inquiries and enjoy the learning process; students respectful of others
