Student completed less than half of expected/ assigned work.	Fair Student took 2-3 breaks from work. Student was redirected 1-2 times during work session. Student completed 1/2 to3/4 of assigned work.	Good Student maintained focus and did not require redirection during assignment. Student met or exceeded the amount of writing for the assignment.
Organization Student's writing is well organized into sentences and paragraphs.	Poor Student has 3+ incomplete sentences. Student does not have paragraphs in writing, or student has paragraphs which are disorganized (no topic sentences or logical supporting sentences.	Fair Student has 1-2 incomplete sentences. Student has writing organized into paragraphs which are not fully organized with topic sentence and supporting details.	Good Student has no incomplete sentences. Writing is organized into logical well-written paragraphs.
