Overall Presentation	Does Not Meet There are many problems with the video that distract from its effectiveness. Problems may include sound issues, poor information, not enough pictures, too brief, etc. Video is not 15 or 30 seconds long.	Partially Meets There are some problems but overall the video is able to communicate about the issue. Video is less than 15 seconds and misses the point of the assignment.	Meets the Standard Any problems are so minimal that they don't distract from the effectiveness of the message. Video is 15-30 seconds long.	Proficient with Distinction Movie is well edited and is ready to be used in the Bearcast. Original intent of the topic is presented in a clear and concise manner. Video is 15 or 30 seconds.
Organization	Does Not Meet Video is a series of unrelated clips; may be silly or project not taken seriously.	Partially Meets Students take project seriously but information may be organized in a way that makes the psa difficult to understand.	Meets the Standard Material is well organized. Some images/clips may be loosely related to topic.	Proficient with Distinction Material is well organized and all clips make sense with the topic.
Pictures/video	Does Not Meet Pictures/ video are blurry and detract from video. OR too few pictures/videos to send the appropriate message.
