Economics Product and Presentation Students are graded on creativity, group presentation, participation, and written research
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 3 pts	Good 5 pts
Presentation Format	Poor Student did not have a visual aid at all to accompany oral presentation.	Fair Student PowerPoint met the minimum requirements for presentation. (PPT - Text Only; Poster Board - minimal pictures/ examples)	Good Student work was well put together with many extras included. (Pictures, Transitions, Backgrounds, Sound, vibrant colors, large title, easy to read and understand, full of information)
Presentation Delivery	Poor Student did not talk during the presentation. Student was disengaged during presentation.	Fair Student did not actively present with the group but did actively participate in other aspects of the presentation. (computer maintainence, typing, etc.) Student was resistant to let others in the group actively participate. (Student attempted to take on the entire presentation himself/ herself)	Good Student actively involved themself with many the aspects of the presentation, as well as allowed others in the group to participate.
Written / Presentation Content	Poor Student was unable to submit any written research and/or presentation.	Fair Student was able to submit the written research packet and/or presentation, but with parts missing from one, the other, or both.	Good Student submitted all required information for research, and all components were present in both presentation and packet.
Creativity	Poor The student did not use a creative approach in creating a product with the resource provided.	Fair Significant thought and effort was evident in both the the student's product and presentation, in terms of originality and creativity	Good Student product was overly creative and met all expectations and requirement s for this project. The product could be on shelves today!
Consumer Rating	Poor Product was not a hit with consumers. "No way, Man! This product is not for me!"	Fair Product was a significant hit with consumers. "Ok, I'll try it!"	Good Product was a HUGE hit with consumers. "YES!! Where can I get one?!"
Overall Participation	Poor Student did not actively particiapte in group research or discussions at all.	Fair Student participated a minimal amount in group research and discussions.	Good Student actively involved themselves in the group research and discussions.
