Argument	Poor Argument does not make sense and merely repeats facts addressed in class	Fair An attempt is made to make a coherent argument, but it is not clear and needs to be polished	Good Argument is well thought out and creative
Presentation	Poor Presentation is not coherent and clear and the student is not very articulate	Fair Student does a good job at presenting material but at times has difficulty conveying information to the audience	Good The presentation was very clear, articulate and coherent, the audience understood the arguments made completely
Outside Information	Poor No outside information was given	Fair Some outside information was given but it did not add to the argument	Good Outside information provided was a good complement to the argument and added to its effectiveness
