Eye contact is maintained, excellent tone and creative ways to interact with audience.
Biography & environmental impact Written components meet requirements.	Level 1 Written components are not done or very poorly organized. Many mistakes in the writing.	Level 2 Written components are done but not well organized or missing relevant information. Language conventions are adequate.	Level 3 Written components are well done, are organized properly and contain relevant information. Language conventions are good.	Level 4 Written components are very well done, show excellent organization and contain interesting information. Language conventions used are excellent.
