Oral Presentation
	Target 5 pts	Fair 3 pts	Poor 1 pts
Preparedness	Target Has practiced before presentation. Includes title and author. Uses a variety of guided questions.	Fair Seems to be pretty prepared but should have practiced more. Includes one or the other (title, author). Uses some guided questions.	Poor Does not seem prepared to read. Does not iclude title or author. Uses little to no guided questions.
Posture and Eye Contact	Target Sits up straight, looks confident, and makes eye contact frequently.	Fair Sits up straight, and gives some eye contact.	Poor Slouches in chair, little or no eye contact.
Speech and Voice	Target Reads clearly the whole time, gives life to characters, and has no difficulty pronouncing words.	Fair Reads clearly most of the time, adds some life to the characters, but has some difficulty pronouncing words.	Poor Hard to understand, often mumbles, characters are lifeless, and does not understand some of the words being used.
