Constellations ("B" Layer) At night time, students will find 5 different constellations, take a picture of them, and bring the pictures to class. Then find 3 interesting facts about each of the constellations. Present the pictures and information to the class. Maximum Effort Students take a picture of five different constellations.
Facts About Constellations	Minimal Effort Students find one fact about each constellation.	Some Effort	Moderate Effort Students find two facts about each constellation.	Much Effort	Maximum Effort Students find three facts about all five constellations.
Presentation	Minimal Effort Students simply show their pictures but do not explain the constellations or facts they found about them.	Some Effort	Moderate Effort Students show their pictures but only explain some of the facts. Students do not speak professionally and/or clearly.	Much Effort	Maximum Effort Students show their pictures and explain all three facts for each constellation. Students speak professionally and clearly.
