Student does not appear to know the field of interest for the job on their resume.

Student has some knowledge, but is mostly reading off notes when asked answers to questions about their field of interest. Student cannot answer some questions.
Good
Student has adequate knowledge, but often reads directly from notes when asked answers to questions about their field of interest. Student can answer most questions.
Excellent
Student has good knowledge, and relies minimally on notes to answer questions about their field of interest. Student can answer questions comfortably.
Overall ability to answer questions
Poor
Student seems mostly uncomfortable answering the questions, even if questions are not based on their resume. Answers are short and don't give the interviewer a foundation of understanding of the student.
