Speaking Rubric Assessment

Students will demonstrate the application of a haircut.

The project will evaluate tha students selling an item in a business setting in a competitive environment. Create unique scenarios for different agricultural contexts: seed sales, livestock breeding stock sales, equipment sales, wedding flower arrangement sales, etc.

Rubric used to assess students on their block laying skills, following of safety procedures and directions, set up/clean up and use of tools, and completion of project.

Students sew one sample seam. Students scored on how straight and even seams are, as well as proper identification. Neatness and evenness count.

Each group will choose 5 vegetables used in salad preparation that they will conduct a research on the health benefits and make a presentation slide to present to their peers during chapel. This is to bring awareness to the Junior High School Community regarding nutrition benefits of vegetables and promote healthy eating.

Self-Reflection Rubric for CI6163 M5

The students will work in groups of four to put together a poster for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to the specialty selected by the group. The poster will be designed on either poster board (full-sized poster board) or tri fold poster board. The group is required to present their poster to the class and instructor.
