Please rate the contribution of your group members to your project. Be as fair as possible. The score from this rubric will be used to computer the 50% of the grade each person receives for the project and presentation work. Please put your scores in the column on the right and score out of 20 marks. Each group member should rate all parties in the group including him/herself.

* With this rubric in mind, rate yourself and your groupmates for this quarter. Please be honest! Your scores will be kept confidential. Group work is not easy and being a good member is a learned skill. Some students may not be aware that their work styles are perceived negatively, so be respectful in your comments. Also, if there is a huge discrepancy between how you and your groupmates scored a group member, I reserve the right to discuss your ratings with you, with discretion.

Prepare no more than a six page APA style paper on an issue of interest in the mental health field. The length does not include the title page and reference section.

The candidate(s) will put together an electronic presentation to show during the oral presentation. The group's oral presentation must be aligned with the electronic presentation.
