Poster and presentation rubric
The students will work with a partner and put together a poster for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to the theme of Bullying. Students will provide bullying scenarios and demonstrate bullying mediation techniques in a creative and colorful poster. The poster will be designed on poster board (1/2 or full-sized poster board).

Life Cycle Booklet
Students will make a life cycle booklet of a frog or a moth or a grasshopper. Each life cycle stage should be numbered and include a picture. The stages should be placed in the correct order.

For this project students built a 3D model of a plant cell with edible materials. Gifted students have the choice of doing an animal, plant, or bacteria cell.

Word T-Chart and Word Chain
T-Chart: requires a word to be used in a sentence and its synonyms listed in a t-chart to indicate their appropriateness in the context of the sentence. Word chain: students need to choose a word from the word wall and then identify 3 or 4 words to sequence before or after the word to make a chain
