Scoring steps required for completion of skill as well as sterile technique. No points are assigned in order that the instructor may take the total amount of points alloted to skills then designate each skill a certain point amount from this total. The point allotment for each skill may then be broken down within the rubric. The rubric is designed to account for C, B, and A levels of competency, (70%, 80% AND 90%). Any skills below this level should be repeated.

Positioning on affect side, on unaffected side, and supine. Rolling from side to side. Lying down on affected side. Supine to sitting. Scooting up and scooting over in bed.
