You will demonstrate your understanding of talking, reading and writing about Spanish foods by designing a Spanish menu for your new restaurant. Give your restaurant a Spanish name and create the menu entirely in Spanish. You must include healthy foods. The menu must include 1 complete meal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and appetizers, desserts, and drinks. The menu must be visually pleasing with easily identifiable headings/categories, and colored drawing. Due Date: 1-22-2020.

Students are to create book or write and add illustrations to a story in Spanish.

Write a paragraph describing yourself using adjectives. Also include your likes, needs, and wants. A paragraph should have 5 sentences, and every sentence has 5 words or more.

Students will create a "Spanish video" that will be 4 to 5 minutes long that must be in Spanish and incorporate the verb tenses present tense and reflexives.

The final project requires students to become Real Estate agents and create a brochure or flyer (front and back) advertisement that would be sent out to potential buyers. The assignment must be creative, orginals, and colourful. It must contain a picture for each of your 3 listings, as well as, it must contain detail description of each house in Spanish.

Students will create a Spanish commercial using video. The video must include vocabulary & grammar from chapter 3. Your commercial must be a story line production in which you are trying to convince someone to buy a specific product. You must have audio to your video.The use of props to enhance your video is strongly advised.

Choose a Famous person who was either born in a Spanish-speaking country or had parents who were born in a Spanish-speaking country. Research the person and write a 1 page (single spaced) or 2.5 (double-spaced) report on your findings along with a separate page that tells me where you found all information. (at least 3 sources and no more than 2 from the internet) You will present the major information you learned about this person to the class and include at least 2 visual aids. You will not be allowed to have notes during oral presentation.

The student will present to the class the details of a specific Spanish-speaking Country. The poster will contain information about the foods that are eaten in a particular Spanish speaking country, famous people , famous places, the flag, a stamp, the weather, typical music, and important products of the country.

Based on a timeline about José Martí students will create a power point presentation in Spanish.

Write ten sentences using all ten spelling words. All sentences must begin with a capital letter and have proper end punctuation. Start each sentence on a new line. Number all sentences. Make sure you have a proper heading with the date.
