Create a visual project that presents yourself or imaginary self on a poster, or other appropriate digital app. Create a storyboard of scenes that depict your daily routine. Each scene must include at least one sentence with details and a neat detailed drawing, photo, or clip art depicting your daily routine. You must use at least 10 reflexive verbs. For an A you need to use several transition words (d’abord, ensuite, enfin, etc. or specific times.

Students are to create menus for a cafe. They have to create at least 2 menus that include drinks, meals and deserts with prices and in French. They have to give their cafe a French name. Finally, they have to write and present a dialogue during which they order food, discuss school, ask for a piece of silverware, pay the check and leave.

You and your classmates will be taking a trip to an assigned French speaking country. Like any good tourist, you must prepare yourself before you visit! You will need to do research on your country to learn about such things as their culture, weather, currency, foods, housing, famous landmarks and other interesting facts. Divide up the work with your partners to complete Part 1 (RESEARCH & FORMAT), Part 2 (draw it or include pictures, add writing in French, titles in French!) - Include a map, flag, & capitol of the country chosen. Be creative! and Part 3 (Oral Presentation) - Speaking & Culture. Remember to not rely on "google translate" to do your project. Use simple/compound sentences when writing. Inform other students of any new unfamiliar vocabulary. Don't forget to use the verbs that you have just learned (vouloir, pouvoir, devoir, etc., and use adjectives when describing your country. Do your project on bristol board.

Find five interesting facts about the history of Québec City and the winter activities at the Quebec Winter Carnaval and present them to the class. You may use drawings, posters, collages, oral and/or power point presentations. Each "artifcact" (hockey stick and sash) must present at least one fact which should show a specific connection with French Canadian history and culture, a connection showing what it means to be French Canadian. You should also include a short paper detailing in written form the information you provide in the visual and oral presentation.

You will create a storyboard of different scenes that depict your or a character's daily routine. Each scene must include at least one sentence with details and a neat detailed drawing, photo, or clip art depicting your or imaginary self's daily routine. You must use at least eight reflexive verbs. Two of them must be reflexive verbs that are not in Chapitre 12: La routine quotidienne. You must use at least three transition words (d’abord, ensuite, enfin, etc.). Moreover, you must use at least three time-related words like Le matin, Pendant la journée, L’après-midi, Le soir, Aujourd’hui, etc. Do not lose this rubric because it must be turned in the day of your presentation.
