Photo 1 Elements of Design-Digital
The Elements of Design play an important role in photography. This assignment requires you to take a series of digital photos to illustrate each element of sesign Each picture should be interesting to look at. You will take a series of 9 images for each element of compositon. You will compile these into a series of 9 contact sheets. One for each element. Your best shot from each contact should be placed on one contact sheet. Save all contacts as jpeg files. Upload all to your weebly website on one page called Elements of Design

Final Photo Essay Project
The purpose of this assignment is to raise awareness and critical thinking by working on a series (20-30 photos). The pictures must have something in common at the concept level. Examples: pictures of an event in sequence, a series of photos describing a process, a series of photos describing an idea, a series of photos that describe a place. All images show a clear conection to Artist Statement. No words/characters/numbers are allowed in telling your stories.

Create a personal web site that tells the story of your life. Be creative and unique by using customized backgrounds instead of a template. Incorporate graphics, videos, and even animation into your site. The personal web sites will be linked off of the classroom web site so follow all prescribed rules and regulations concerning copyright infringement and inappropriate content.
