You will create an online, multi-media presentation using Voicethread: http://ed.voicethread.com. This digital storytelling project/portfolio will be a culmination of material learned in French II. Based on one of the most worldly-renowned diaries of all time, The Diary of Anne Frank (Le Journal d'Anne Frank), you will create your own authentic digital diary (Mon Journal Digital). Subsequently, you will recount your life as an adolescent in the 21st century in French.

Create a virtual comic book (une bande dessinée virtuelle) about yourself or imaginary self on a poster board, an appropriate digital tool (GoAnimate.com), or any other creative designs. You will create a storyboard of different scenes that depict your or a character's daily routine. Each scene must include at least one sentence with details and a neat detailed drawing, photo, or clip art depicting your or imaginary self's daily routine. You must use at least eight reflexive verbs. Two of them must be reflexive verbs that are not in Chapitre 12: La routine quotidienne. You must use at least three transition words (d’abord, ensuite, enfin, etc.). Moreover, you must use at least three time-related words like Le matin, Pendant la journée, L’après-midi, Le soir, Aujourd’hui, etc. Do not lose this rubric because it must be turned in the day of your presentation.

You will take on the roles of cashier and customer in a stationary store. You will work in pairs or small groups to prepare at least three questions and three answers to include in their dialogue. Then, your group will present your vignette to the class.
