Reference Chapter 12, 13, 14 and 15 in assigned textbook. In groups of two's students must create a new product (new and revised) to demonstrate the selling process. A flyer for (Advertisement-Magazine Advertisement) must accompany product. Students must demonstrate all activities in the selling process by providing a written skit which shows: the approach, detemining needs, presenting products, overcoming objections, closing the sale, suggestion selling, and follow up. A PowerPoint presentation must also accompany the presentation. As a minimum the PowerPoint must have the following slides: (1) Title slide, (2) Introduction, (3) Sales pitch - how will you sell it and display it, (4) Feature/benefit chart, (5) Demographics- where will it be sold and to who and why, (6) Closing and (7) Works cited slide.

Locate a contract on the Internet that is either void, voidable, unenforceable, express, implied, bilateral or unilateral and present and explain your findings to the class.

Using the Internet and other available resources, students will create a cube describing six law careers (one career per side). Each career should include the name of the career, description, salary range, and education.
