Radio Advertisement

We have spent a few days exploring the use and importance of advertisements to influence our purchases. Create a product of your own and design a one page advertisement.

Students will create a magazine advertisement using persuasive details and vivid adjectives. Advertisement should be for an original product (in other words, don't draw an ad for the latest Nike style...). Choose HOW you want to market it and WHO you want to sell it to. Decide how best you can persuade those buyers to purchase your product.

This was an assignment that really opened up the doors for the students, to push them to use their creativity, knowledge, skills and techniques to compile an effective advertisement.

Students are to work in small groups to create a radio bradcast that includes a script and record audio onto a computer.
