Use this rubric as a guide for what should be included in an animated Scratch project.

Final Project

Students will research the a technology trailblazer of the instructor's choosing. They will develop a 2-3 page paper in 12 pt, Times New Roman Font with 1 inch margins, outlining the relevant accomplishments of the person being researched, and explain in depth what their contribution to the technology field has been. The information has to be presented in an original format, meaning that it cannot be copied and pasted from the Internet or any other source. Students will be asked to present their research to the class.

Students will develop a project of their own choosing to present to the class at end of term. It is expected the project will be I.T. related, will conform to the showcase rubric and will include equal or similar responsibilities for all team members. It is also expect that team members will remain busy for all project work and will not substitute other work in place of project work.

Research and develop a 5 min. PPt presentation about a technology leader from your textbook. Include adequate information and graphics to inform your audience about the subject. Include appropriate templates and design tools, clip art, transitions, pictures, videos, etc. Make sure you consider your timing and include enough research material to meet the assignment criteria. Proper spelling and grammar will be assessed as part of the overall grade.

Research and develop an instructional 7-minute Power Point presentation or a three page research paper about cyber warfare. Include adequate information to inform your audience about the subject. If you use Power Point, include appropriate templates and design tools, clip art, transitions, pictures, videos, etc. Make sure you consider your timing and include enough research material to meet the assignment criteria. Proper spelling and grammatics are important and will be assessed as part of the overall grade. Consider and respond to the questions on your handout.

Student is required to research a specific operating system, and prepare a presentation for the class.
