Les Professions 2017 2018 Nous Travaillons a Paris
Students will choose a nationality and a profession for a character they create. Character is to be from another country but live and work in Paris. Student will create a PPT to include an ID card, a map of the work commute and Personal Paragraph (8-10 sentences - double-spaced) (True compound sentences will count as two.) French 2 - Ma routine quotidienne - My daily routine
To create a visual demonstration of your daily routine – what you do from the moment you wake up, until you go back to bed – demonstrating your knowledge of reflexive verbs. The purpose of the assignment is to demonstrate the your understanding of the use of reflexive verbs, and when and how to use them correctly. The narrative should include specific times of day at which the events occur, transition words to help the scenes "flow," and use correct grammar and vocabulary.

Comic Strip Adverbs of Time (French)
Using 5 adverbs of time (d'abord;après; ensuite; enfin; et finalement) make a comic strip of this past weekend for you. First, using the blue 1/2 chart of adverbs, write a sentence for each of the first three adverbs listed. Your peers will write additional sentences in the past tense to complete your 5 statements with the adverbs. Then use those statements to make a comic strip about your weekend. Check with your peers for grammar and spelling is also correct.

Dans Ma Chambre Il Y A...
Students will create a bird's eye view of their bedroom with their possessions inside. Students are to label the items in French using the appropriate INDEFINITE ARTICLE for each. It is to be neatly drawn and colored. Students must include at least 10 different labeled items. On the back of the drawing students will use "Il y a" and the correct prepositional phrase to state where in the room a minimum of 6 items are. See example on back.

Faire Les Courses
Students will work in groups of 2-5. Each group will be assigned a specialty shop in Paris. Students are to make a poster of a window of the shop. Must include the name of the shop, address and hours of operation. Each shop window will feature 6 items for sale - picture and price of each. Each member of the group will create at least one of the pictures of an item to post in the window.

Les Parties du Corps
Students will work in groups of 3-4 to create a life-size poster to label with body parts in the Target Language (French). Students will have two class periods to create the poster. On the third day, students will rpesent their poster to the rest of the class: Each group member will point out a an equal number of the terms, announcing them in the French language and stating their English equivalent.
