Students (in gropus) will conduct market research for a new product they would like to see sold in the school store. they will create a survey with at least 6 questions ( 3 demographics). Students must determine the feasibility of the product given the resources, must determine price for purchase from vendor, and price to sell it for with a 50% mark-up. You must determine why you think the product would sell-psychographics, target market. Create a flyer for your new product and a one page paper explaining the process. ( Reference is Chapter Six in your textbook). (Paper is to be double spaced with 12 point font).

Students will select a company and conduct an analysis of that company's marketing plan. Students will identify the target market(s) and how the marketing plan addresses that target market. Requirements include but are not limited to a S.W.O.T. analysis, a review of the 4P' marketins mix and how these are impacted by the target market. Students will then create a 5-7 minute presentationwith visual aides and present it to the class.

A rubric that properly evaluates the artistic and technical process. It measures the various phases and approaches that are necessary in the assessment of creating a greeting card.
