Restaurant Coupon Postcard

Magazine Replication
Reproduce a Magazine layout on a 8.5" x 11' page. Your image must replace the model on the cover. Be aware of the resolution of the images. You must show evidence that learning the Indesign software has taken place. The layout end result should look just like the original. InDesign Louisville Event Poster
In Indesign, design an event poster based your local event. Print size of 11"x17". This is to be a 4 color CMYK. Art should fit the feel of event, yet original. Headline and copy should be informative and tell pertinent details/times of the event. Take the opportunity to rearrange placement and change colors/fonts and other typographical elements to take better advantage of design principles. Students must save in the correct Indesign format, & package the document for print.

Create a magazine cover that looks like a real magazine. Choose the title of the publication. Then, be sure you include a title, your personal photo(s), headline articles, dateline and follow a monthly theme. Be creative and make the finished product look as professional as possible. Be aware of the marketability and audience appeal of your magazine. Follow all your desktop publishing guidelines using Photoshop. The final project must be a PDF document.
