Rubric for evaluating student in-class project for MS Office Access

Use the Internet and spreadsheets to find calories and fat in a typical fast food meal.

This rubric is designed to give an idea on how I will grade their assignments(students were required to identify different shapes from a single picture, list the numbers of each shape, and distinguish them by coloring them with different colors) that was given to assess their knowledge on shapes.

Each student was to create a PowerPoint Ad Presentation on an invention using only creative commons and public domain photos. This presentation must be professional, creative, engaging, and address the assigned content.

Think about a book or story that you read that you really liked. In 2-3 COMPLETE sentences tell why you liked that book/ story and why someone else would want to read it. Spelling counts! Lastly comment on at least one other person's post about a book they read POSITIVELY. It is not mandatory to do this at home but you can if you would like. I will go over this in class. I will be giving you a classwork grade for this so you will be able to view your grades on here.

Students will create, in groups, a storyboard depicting their story of choice. With photos of the storyboards, the students will then create a book trailer using Movie Maker. Each student is expected to present their book trailer in Edmodo.

Student will research the Lenape Indians and develop a story trailer about a new movie.

Students will create a chart defying the advantages and disadvantages of the video on safe online talking.
