Groups of 2 students will develop a powerpoint presentation about a selected Civil War battle. In the powerpoint they need to have at least 7 slides about their selected topic. They also need to provide visual images related to their topic.

Each student will choose from a list of battles that took place in Florida during the Civil War. Some of the information that you present should be new information. The important points about the battle can be included as pictures, videos, music, etc. This project should be colorful, attractive, and fun!!

This a project that should incorportate some aspect of the Civil War e.g. a major battle, a military or political figure, an important event or turning point, or aspects of life during the Civil War into a Glogster or Posterboard project. Not all possible topics have been listed, but topics must be approved by the teacher. You are encouraged to speak to the teacher about your project to get an ideas or help needed. The important points about the topic should be included as well as pictures, videos, music, etc. This project should be colorful, attractive, and FUN!
