Oral Presentation in Spanish: YO SOY

This rubric is a SPEAKING ASSESSMENT for use in a teacher interview, with material that has been studied and practiced in class.

This rubric will evaluate how students work in the classroom in terms of completion, follow directions, and time management.

Students will describe how the weather is in a particular place in the world during a given month.

General Spanish Participation Rubric

Expected behaviors in class

Students will provide concise answers to content-based questions about the lesson. They will follow the format provided and use examples for support.

Students will know homework expectations which would include completeness, accuracy, requirements, legibility and time management.

First spelling test of the year. 5 words

You will design a menu for a new McDonald's restaurant in a Spanish speaking country. Create the menu entirely in Spanish and create an advertisement. The menu should include at least three complete meals for each category on your menu, and a list of three or more beverages and three or more desserts. Be sure to use vocabulary we have learned in class. The menu should be visually pleasing with with easily identifiable headings/categories, prices reflecting your chosen country's currency.
