Spanish 2 Digital Story
Create a digital story (a video presentation that combines video footage, photographs, narration, and transitions) in Spanish that is 3-5 minutes long. English subtitles are not required, but suggested. You will grade each other for the teamwork section, so everyone needs to contribute significantly.

Spanish Audio Recording Rubric
Given a computer with Audacity (audio recording and editing software) and microphones, pairs of students will prepare a script and create an audio recording that models Spanish words and phrases used: 1) to greet and say farewell, both formally and informally; 2) to ask for and give names, both formally and informally; and 3) to identify family relationships.

Spanish Video
Given 2 or 3 video recorders (i.e. camcorder, cell phone, webcam) and 1 computer with Windows Movie Maker, the whole class will produce a video that portrays family members meeting, greeting, introducing and saying farewell to each other at a family reunion, choosing appropriate formal and informal dialogue when necessary.
